Nancy is highly proactive in learning whatever comes in her way, honest with herself and whom she works with, and has a really good work ethic. She worked with the continuous delivery team at Grofers, starting as an intern and then becoming a full-time member of the team obviously because the team loved her work. She worked on complex projects ranging from building Jenkins shared libraries to setting up Tekton as a common CI/CD platform. With a small team, to work on those projects, she took all the difficulties that came her way as learning opportunities, be it technical or of collaborative nature and she came out stronger every time. She was very open to feedback and also gave feedback which helped not just herself improve but also the people who worked with her. I'd recommend Nancy as a software engineer for any team that promotes learning and open culture.
